Summer Sewing

I'll be honest, I wasn't really looking for a sewing project when I found this adorable dress. I was already busy trying to figure out how I could accomplish a fabric project for me with as little sewing as possible when I stumbled across it.

It's the ruffly straps that got me. I'm a sucker for ruffles. For better or worse, those ruffles make me think I have to find a place for the sewing machine, so I can make a dress for the elder niece, and maybe a summer top for a friend's girl.

I need more craft space.
